ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email right away. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a modification (such as a change to your shipping address) or a cancellation. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at the contact details below, including your order number. After this 12-hour window, your order will have entered processing and we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer the following shipping rates for orders within the United States:
- Orders from $0 to $32: a flat shipping fee of $9.90 applies.
- Orders of $32 or more: shipping is free.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at the details below so we can look into it and help resolve the issue.
